Main Event and Buffets
The main part of the Symposium will take place at the WU Vienna – Vienna University of Economics and Business.
The workshops and scientific sessions will be held in the Teaching Center (TC), 5th floor.
The poster session on Tuesday will take place in the LC Forum.
Coffee breaks will be served on the 5th floor of the Teaching Center (TC).

Getting to the AIRoV venue
By Public Transport
Campus WU is located between the two U2 underground stations “Messe-Prater” and “Krieau”.
For AIRoV 2027, the most relevant locations are the Teaching Center (TC) and the Library & Learning Center (LC):
- The Teaching Center (TC) is located in the eastern part of Campus WU and is best reached via U2 station Krieau.
- The LC Forum is located in the Library & Learning Center (LC) and can be reached from both Messe-Prater and Krieau within a short walk.
For journey planning and tickets, we recommend using the ÖBB Scotty app or website or the WienMobil app.

Welcome Dinner (5th of July)
The AIRoV 2027 Welcome Dinner will take place on 5 July 2027 from 18:30 at the Gasthaus zum Englischen Reiter, located in Vienna’s Prater.
